"Slow, boring, uses the accursed energy system which is always bad, pay to win style gameplay, you pay subscription or special currency for auto battle, (which sucks btw) requires extraordinary amounts of grinding, and mercenaries are all but useless. Sure mercs get fancy abilities better than normal units, but their stats are subpar, max level is half normal units and they can only use rings, amulets, and boots. This renders then unable to use 50% of all equipment."
